Rear Extension, Kitchen & Utility Room Refurbishment in New Malden

This lean-to rear extension was constructed with matching brickwork, 2 Velux windows and french doors.

The interior kitchen refurbishment was finished in a traditional country style with Ivory shaker doors, belfast sink & solid Oak worktop, the utility/toilet was also completed to this spec.

Leon, Bradley and crew accomplished a fairly significant chunk of work, converting the rear of our tight, antiquated house and turning it into a spacious, functional, and aesthetically pleasing place to work and hang out. Beyond solid workmanship, we appreciated the clear and concise schedule, the on-time start every day, responsiveness to feedback and snags, and easy coordinating and communicating as things went on and ideas changed. Some small costs went up due to building control demands or evolving desires on my part, but all in all the quote was on target and good value for money. 9.5/10
