This single storey rear extension on added valuable living space in this compact semi detached  house on a busy road in Kingston upon Thames.

The use of a polished porcelain tile on the floor and a made to measure quartz skirting give the space a really unique feel that the owners loved.

Under floor heating was used, which really takes the chill off the tiles on those long winter nights and makes for a really cosy, modern feeling living space.

The work was carried out under “Permitted Development”, so there was very little red tape to cut through.  We feel our clients have made a sound investment into their property.

The standard of work was excellent. The impact on the rest of the house was kept to a minimum, so we were able to carry on with our lives as usual with very little disruption. The end result is very impressive and we would definitely use Seal Homes Limited again and recommend them to others. 9.5/10
